Experience

A 2007 graduate of the John Marshall Law School, Ms. Milman initially joined Forrest L. Ingram P.C., where she concentrated on business and consumer bankruptcy cases, civil litigation, collections and consumer rights issues. Ms. Milman’s efforts led to confirmation of several Chapter 11 small business plans, and many favorable outcomes for consumers and creditors through extensive negotiations and litigation. Ms. Milman currently concentrates on commercial and real estate litigation, business formation, collections, bankruptcy and foreclosure defense. Ms. Milman has represented a major Chicago developer and management company in hundreds of eviction and litigation matters in Cook County, Illinois.
